(If you don't already own property we can refer you to several communities offering custom properties, and if none of those fit your needs, we can refer you to a realtor specializing in property sales.) We'll take it from there --- view orientation, soils testing, radon testing, foundation engineering, HOA requirements, city & county approvals, permitting, utilities, etc.Step 2Personalize your home. We'll work closely with you in the selection of your exterior and interior finishes, plus whenever possible, accommodate any changes you may want to make to customize your home. Step 3Watch your home being built. Our team will schedule periodic meetings with you to discuss our progress, and have you personally inspect the home as it is being constructed. Step 4Move in. |
